Our Chef
Al Tramonto was born from a passion for Argentine pizza, blending traditional Italian techniques.
We have a chef specialized in a wide variety of pizzas, including Argentine, Italian,Brazilian, New York style, Neapolitan, and gluten-free options.
Participated in the World Championship in Parma in 2024 and 2025, as as serving as a judge in the 2024 World Championship in Buenos Aires.
Won in the "Longest" category at Pizza Doc Championship in Naples 2024.
His experience includes working at the Pizzeria L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele one of the oldest and most renowned pizzerias in the world.
Study in the APYCE school in Argentina.
